Bring the medication in its original packaging, written instructions, and anything that helps your dog take it, whether that is a favourite treat or a pill pocket.

At the free Meet & Greet before the stay, she will walk through the schedule with you and confirm she is comfortable with it. If a medication needs refrigeration or careful timing around meals, say so up front and she will build the day around it.

Post-surgery and senior care

For dogs recovering from an operation, Ellen keeps activity calm and controlled, helps with cones and harnesses, restricts running and stairs when that is the order, and watches incisions closely.
