Hi, I'm Ellen 👋
I've cared for dogs my whole life, and now I do it full-time from my home in Oro-Medonte. Your dog joins my own two friendly little dogs, with a big country yard for supervised sniffing and play, and a warm couch for evening cuddles.
Owners trust me with the tricky bits, too. I've looked after dogs recovering from surgery, I'm happy to give any medications your dog needs, and I send photos through the stay so you can see how they're getting on.

Frequently asked questions
What are your vaccination requirements?
All dogs need to be up to date on core vaccinations (rabies, DHPP) and I recommend Bordetella for boarding and daycare. Just bring a copy of your records to the Meet & Greet.
Can you give medications or care for a recovering dog?
Yes. I'm comfortable administering simple prescribed medications (oral, ear/eye drops, topical) and supporting post-surgery recovery with calm, low-key routines. Tell me the details ahead of time so we can plan it together.
What should I bring for my dog's stay?
Their usual food, any medications, a leash, and a favourite bed, blanket or toy to help them settle. Everything else, like bowls, fresh water, love and playtime, is on me.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel 48 hours or more before the booking for a full refund. Inside 48 hours a small holding fee may apply. Plans change with dogs, so just talk to me and we'll sort it out fairly.
How do I pay?
Interac e-Transfer, credit or debit card, or cash, whichever is easiest for you. Payment is confirmed once your booking is set, with no surprises.
